Final Days of Summer

Summer has ended. We wanted to do a few more "fun" things our final week before we kicked into school mood. Though summer is over the temperature is still hot! We met our good friends at the zoo for a train ride before hand. It was fun to ride through Brackenridge Park and seeing more of the area and enjoy the shade. Though we frequent the zoo often, we have never done the train or park. Two things to add to our outings when it is cooler.

William wanted to wear his "train conductor" clothing.

Luke, William, and Annabel. Yes, we did trust them in their own car. I sat in front and Kerri sat behind. They did great.

Of course, we had to hit the pool as many days as we could before they closed. Being silly- what they best

Coleson's Dedication

This weekend our church had "baby dedications" so we jumped on the opportunity to have Coleson dedicated.

All the families having their children dedicated.
Pastors Sean and Robbie laid hands on each child and prayed.
The word "grace" was prayed over Coleson.
After church we met at a favorite restaurant for lunch with many church friends.
It was a special (and HOT) day for us.

2 Months Old

I can hardly believe Coleson is 2 months old! WOW!!! Time is flying by. It seems like yesterday he was being placed on my chest for the first time, looking out with big bright eyes and checking out the world around him. He has moved from newborn to baby. He is such a joy. He is smiling, cooing, tracking his brother and sister's movement and sleeping longer at night. Yippee William and Annabel are so sweet with him. They love to tell us when he smiles, talk or has a dirty diaper. Coleson is a very efficient eater, loves to be where the action is.

LOVE this face

Thank you for completing our family. Thank you for being super mellow, happy, and gentle. Thank you for enduring the constant kisses, hugs and snuggles from your brother and sister. Happy 2 months little man!
